Two-stage purchase procedure

At the preliminary stage, it is necessary to provide a technical proposal in accordance with Appendix 7 of those. certified by the signature of the head with an imprint of the seal. In the technical part, the list and scope of work must be indicated and it is not allowed to indicate any information related to the commercial part (total cost, unit prices, payment terms, etc.). The offer must strictly comply with the data indicated on the electronic site. If there is a discrepancy between the data in the attached Technical Proposal and the completed electronic form on the site, the electronic form takes precedence. In case of non-compliance with the above requirements, the TP will be rejected.
