Bidding initiator has set a restriction on submission of a bid with a price which is higher than the price of the previous bid submitted by the bidder. Once the bid is submitted, the stated price can not be increased.

Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:Customer pays for work performed in the amount of 100% of their value during the thirty (30) calendar days from the date of signing of the certificate confirming acceptance of the executed works, provided there are no claims for their quality and subject to the Client duly executed on the account of the buyer's name , the original contract and specifications. Comments:
under the contract are settled using the settlement accounts opened by the Parties in JSCB "Lanta-Bank" (JSC). In order to fulfill this requirement bidders "request for proposals", the recognized winner of the procedure "request for proposals", shall, within 5 (five) days from the request date of completion of the offer to open a current account in JSCB "Lanta-Bank" (JSC) for the purposes of making payments under the contract in respect of which the conclusion was carried out request for proposals.

Please also note that this request is not a notice of tender (public competition) or a public offer and is not regulated by Art. 447 -. 449 Part 1 of the Civil Code, Art. 1057 -. 1061 Part 2 of the Civil Code. Provision of documents as listed in "Documentation for the contract" - is necessary.
