Payment terms:Payment for the goods is made in the following order:
100% of the cost of goods is paid within 30 banking days from the date of signing of the Act of delivery acceptance of services rendered

Comments:
The minimum volume of a single one-time application is at least 5 units.
Contractual obligations will be concluded for the period September 2019 - December 2019 inclusive, with fixing the proposed value.
1. The request to ask all questions on the procedure using the ETP functionality (requests for clarification).
2. Before submitting envelopes, participants of this procedure MUST attach the Applicant’s Questionnaire and documents according to the questionnaire simultaneously with the submission of the proposal and a file in the form of a scanned copy of their commercial proposal (indicating delivery dates), signed by an authorized person and certified by the seal of the participating organization, to their proposals in electronic form this procedure on the letterhead of the enterprise. In case of non-fulfillment or improper fulfillment by the participant of the procedure of this requirement, the organizer of the procedure reserves the right not to consider the proposal of this participant.
The validity of the offer of suppliers is not less than 180 days.
3. The cost of the service provided should be unchanged for the entire delivery period (written confirmation).

GSI SNEMA LLC reserves the right not to inform the participants of the procedure about its results with the exception of the winner, to cancel the procedure or its results, and also to exclude any of the participants in the procedure without giving a reason. Submission of a commercial offer implies acceptance of the terms of the procedure.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
