Payment terms:Payment after the fact according to the act of work performed within 5 banking days
Delivery terms:Refueling during the day, then delivery to the Customer's address.
Refueling and supply of material assets will occur in stages,
according to the production need of the buyer.
Estimated monthly volume: 100-120 cartridges.
Approximate number of refueling: 2-3 monthly.
The cost of services should be unchanged for the entire delivery period (written confirmation).
Validity of the offer of suppliers September - December 2019.
All shipping costs, packaging and other costs shall be included into the products cost.

Comments:
1. Please, submit any questions concerning the bidding procedure via e-marketplace functionality ("Request for Clarifications").
2. Participants of this procedure MUST attach the Applicant’s Questionnaire and documents according to the questionnaire simultaneously with the submission of the proposal and the file in the form of a scanned copy of their commercial proposal (indicating the delivery time), signed by an authorized person and certified by the organization’s seal, to the participants in this procedure in electronic form -participant of this procedure on the letterhead of the enterprise. In case a participant fails to comply with this requirement bidding organizer has the right not to consider such participant's proposal.
Proposals validity period - 30 days at least.
3. The cost of the service provided should be unchanged for the entire delivery period (written confirmation).

Note: Note, this RFP is not a notice of tender (public tender) or a public offer and is not subject to Articles 447 - 449, Part I, and Articles 1057 - 1061, Part II, of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil obligations on the Customer, and the Customer reserves the right to refuse all the received proposals for any reason, or to terminate the selection procedure at any time, without incurring any liability before the participants.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
