Payment terms:within 90 days from the date of signing by the parties of the act of work performed.
The certificate of completion is signed by the Customer after installing the hydraulic cylinder on the equipment and testing the excavator in operation for 36 m / h.
Delivery terms:1. Work on repairing the hydraulic cylinder is carried out by the Contractor at the location of the Contractor. Delivery of the hydraulic cylinder for repair and back is made by and at the expense of the Contractor. Transportation costs are included in the repair cost.
2. The Contractor issues to the Customer the repaired hydraulic cylinders with the simultaneous execution of the acceptance certificate and the certificate of completion.

11. The total annual volume of work performed in recent years;
12. Information on the availability of necessary technical (software) tools;
13. Information on the qualifications of specialists involved in the implementation of work on the subject of the procurement procedure;
14. Information about the current proceedings in which the Participant (was) involved as a defendant;
15. Information on the availability of claims and orders from the supervisory authorities over the past 3 years (or the absence thereof);
16. Certificate from tax authorities on the presence / absence of tax arrears;
17. Offer (commercial offer);
18. The protocol of disagreements on the part of the Procurement Participant to the draft Agreement / contract.
