Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:Without predoplatyOplata by transferring money to the account of the party-winner in cashless form. The payment date is the date of debiting the current account Organizer. Payment is made only for actual services rendered and implemented within 30 calendar days from the date of signing of the Act of the services rendered and billed to the customer. Within 5 days after the signing of the Act of rendered services contractor shall provide customer with invoice or a generic deed (hereinafter UPD) completed in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation. If the artist is not a VAT payer, the invoice is not available.
Delivery terms:the provision of services is carried out on the Organizer. Filing by phone Organizer. delivery of linen laundry and return clothes after washing to the customer are carried out by the Executive Director and Executive expense. Not services rendered shall be paid by the Organizer. The agreement shall be terminated at the end of the period of validity with the actual volume of rendered services. Party/artist performs works on its own or with the assistance of co-operators. In the case of attracting co-performers party provides consisting of the application of the agreement reached between the parties, with the participation in the purchase of several persons, indicating the volume of distribution of work between the participants
