Ranking of bids

Comments:
the application for participation in the trading procedure on the B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru) is to be submitted with the rate in rubles, at the same time applying the commercial proposal on the form of Appendix 1.
The form of the commercial offer is given in annex 1 to this commercial Request. Applications submitted to the B2B-Center Group of Commerce without a commercial proposal filled in form (appendix 1) will not be taken into Account.
Composition of documents for the application to the application on the trading and purchasing site:
1. Completed commercial offer (appendix 1) in the form of the customer, certified by the signature of the authorized person;
2. The set of constituent documentation with obligatory appendix of the accounting balance for 2017 (forms 1, form 2) with the mark of the FTS on receipt;
