Comments: In this event, suppliers are selected who will confirm the experience and willingness to provide services in accordance with the subject of this request.
PAO VimpelCom shall reserve the right to select, based on the responses received and other documents, the winner based on:
1) Сompliance with the Qualification Requirements
2) Financial stability assessment results
3) The results of assessing the block of economic security for the presence / absence of interaction risks.
Participants are supposed to:
1) fill out the Questionnaire (Appendix No. 1) and the Statement of Compliance with the Qualification Requirements (Appendix No. 2) and submit them electronically (XLS) and signed (PDF), complementing the supporting documents specified in the Qualification Requirements.
2) fill out Appendix No. 5 with primary prices for each Lot for which the participant applies. A separate file is provided for each Lot.
3) fill out the financial reporting form (Appendix # 6) and submit it only in electronic form (XLS).
All commercial conditions for the procurement subject are specified in the Template of the Agreement (Appendix No. 3), technical requirements - in the technical task (Appendix No. 4).
