Bidders can submit their proposals for certain lots of the call for bids, but necessarily for all the items within a selected lot

Bidding initiator has set a restriction on submission of a bid with a price which is higher than the price of the previous bid submitted by the bidder. Once the bid is submitted, the stated price can not be increased.

Payment terms:Оплата услуг осуществляется на условиях 100% постоплаты в первый платежный день, после истечения 30 календарных дней с даты предоставления оригиналов закрывающих документов. Платежными днями в компании приняты каждое 15 и предпоследнее число месяца
Delivery terms:В стоимость услуг должны быть включены все затраты, необходимые для качественного оказания услуг, включая стоимость мест для размещения, заработная плата сотрудников, налоги сборы и прочие затраты, кроме налога на добавленную стоимость.
