| Payment terms: | Payments for the services provided are made monthly. The Customer pays for the services upon the provision of services within 40 (forty) calendar days from the date the deadline for sending the Customer a motivated refusal to accept services in the manner provided for in clause 4.3 of the Draft Agreement, provided that the Contractor provides the original payment documents (invoices, invoices) ), as well as the documents provided for in Section 4 of the Terms of Reference (Appendix 1 of the Draft Agreement) |
