Comments: 1. The validity of the offer (offer) shall be not less than 30 calendar days from the date of its submission;
2. Obligatory requirement – loading of the price offer signed by the authorized person and the seal of the Organization;
3. The contract is strictly in the editorial office of the Buyer (attached);
4. For companies-participants that did not have a contractual relationship with LLC "Mechel-Cox", Objazatelnapodgruzka documents strictly according to the list (attached);
5. For participation in the procurement procedure, it is possible to refer to the persons specified in the notice and the procurement documentation. including for consultations on registration on the site, various ways and order of submission of offers;
6. Please note that the request for prices (offers) is not a bargaining, including competition and/or auction, and its conduct is not regulated by articles 447 – 449 of the first Civil Code of the Russian Federation. This procedure of request for prices (proposals) is also not a public contest and is not regulated by articles 1057-1061 of Part two of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure of request of prices (offers) does not impose on the organizer of the corresponding volume of civil-legal obligations.
7. Term of conclusion of the contract-20 working days after the approval of the Protocol and provision of the contract on paper. After conclusion of the contract the organizer sends corresponding notices in the system, which is the completion of the procedure in the system.

This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
