Payment terms:The amount of the advance payment from the cost of the upcoming monthly volume of work / services is no more than: 0%.
Settlements under the Contract are made by the Customer by transferring funds to the Contractor's settlement account / Contractor on the first working Tuesday or Thursday (whichever comes first) after 30-60 calendar days from the date of signing by both parties of the UPD, or the Act of Work performed, services rendered (Form no. H-A4), subject to timely submission of the invoice. The payment term under the contract is determined by the participant independently from the specified range and is set in the Contract concluded with him.
The decision on the selection of the winner will be made on the most favorable terms for PJSC Tatneft using a financial calculator

Currently, in the joint venture Tatneft-Dobycha, there is a need to perform pipeline repair work on the territory of the activities of NGDU Elkhovneft, NGDU Bavlyneft using a crawler excavator and a backhoe loader, as well as for loading and unloading operations at the Bugulma base of the Tatneftesnab management. It is planned to involve 1 crawler excavator, 1 backhoe loader, 1 forklift truck for the work.
In this regard, we ask you to familiarize yourself with the technical documentation (Appendix No. 3) and send a commercial offer via ETP.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
