In the procedure it is necessary to upload a commercial offer indicating the technical characteristics of the equipment provided, the number of units, the price for 1 machine / hour, including fuel and lubricants without VAT and with VAT, payment terms. The validity period of the Technical and Commercial Proposal is at least 30 days;
