Bidders can submit their proposals for certain lots of the call for bids, but necessarily for all the items within a selected lot

Ranking of bids

Mandatory conditions for the CONTRACTUAL counterparty:
Payment terms - 100% post-payment, deferred payment of 60 calendar days
Provide a technical and commercial proposal
Confirm the availability of special equipment and equipment necessary and sufficient for the work
Specify the date when the work is ready to start
Confirm the validity period of the Commercial Proposal for at least 90 calendar days
Confirm fixing the cost in rubles
Confirm the inclusion of fuel and other related expenses in the cost of services in the form of taxes, vehicle depreciation, etc.
Confirm the inclusion in the cost of delivery of equipment to the Customer's facility at the address: Krasnodar Territory, Dinskoy district, Novotitarovskaya station, within the boundaries of CJSC Niva
Confirm the possibility of signing the contract in the EDI (electronic document management), specify the provider

The Call for Bidding Bidder may repeatedly improve their price offers until the bid submission deadline.
Affiliated (related) persons cannot participate in the procurement procedure at the same time.
Otherwise is considered as a restriction of competition and is the basis for the withdrawal from participation in the procurement procedure of all affiliated Bidders
