Payment terms:Payment takes place 15 working days after the invoice is issued, the certificate of completion and the details of the trips per month. The date of the settlement period is considered to be the 1st day of the month.

Comments:
Participants are required to provide a commercial proposal with prices. Compliance with the Customer's requirements is mandatory:
Delivery of company employees from one work address to home addresses.
1. Applications are submitted by the company's employees through the personal account of the service provider or through google tables.
2. Applications are submitted by the company's employees until 18.00
3. Delivery of employees is carried out at a fixed time. 22.05, 23.05, 00.05, 01.05
4. The trip is formed through a personal account or by an employee of a service provider. Trips are designed to fill the car with people as much as possible. People are picked up with the closest drop-off addresses.
5. The waiting time for the machine should not exceed 10 minutes.
6. Employees are notified via SMS or another method about the number of the assigned car.

This request for proposals is not governed by Art. 447- 449 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation and is not an offer of the Customer.
The customer has the right to refuse all received offers for any reason and not to conclude a contract or terminate the request for commercial offers at any time, without incurring any liability to suppliers.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
