Comments:
Requirements for participants:
1. Experience in construction control during the implementation of turnkey fit-out projects: installation of engineering systems and communications, finishing works, furnishing of rooms (built-in and movable furniture), provision of household appliances, plumbing fixtures in Penthouses.

2. Experience in project management at at least 4 facilities with an area of at least 1500 m2 with a "Hard premium" finish level.
3. Staffing of at least 20 people.
4. Availability of SRO (conducting construction control over the quality of general construction, finishing, engineering works, including quality control over the installation of fire safety systems).
5. The experience of conducting a project with a foreign architect with a worldwide reputation will be an advantage.
6. Experience in managing projects with complex logistics (preferably penthouses and/or high-rise buildings of more than 60 floors).
7. To obtain Architectural floor plans with the layout of apartments in pdf format, you need to send a scan of the signed confidentiality agreement.

Requirements for the provision of a commercial offer:

1. Commercial offer with signature and seal.
2. Organizational structure of the project and summary of key project participants.
3. Organization's account card
4. Certificate of state registration (or sheet of record of the Unified State Register of Legal Entities)
5. Certificate of tax registration.
