Comments: The T2-Mobile company, the Tele2 brand, invites organizations to participate in the prequalification of suppliers for further participation in the procedure for the provision of services for uninterruptible power supplies and electrical installations at Tele2 data centers in Rostov-on-Don.
A list of facilities with installed equipment is given in Appendix 6.
At this stage, you must provide:
1. Participant's form (Appendix 1) in * doc and in scanned form (signature, date, stamp).
2. Consent to the processing of personal data (Appendix 2) in scanned form (signature, date).
3. NDA Tele2 Agreement (Appendix 3) in scanned form (signature, date, stamp) ..
4. The list of copies of documents on the organization specified in Appendix 4 in scanned form.
5. Participant Handbook (Appendix 5) in excel format.
