Payment terms:Payment for services rendered is carried out on the basis of signed acceptance and certificate of completion of works (services) not earlier than sixty (60) calendar days, but no later than ninety (90) calendar days from the date of signing of the acceptance and executed works ( services) on the basis of the register logs, provided that the Executive issued in accordance with the Tax Code of the original invoice. The parties agreed that the period of deferment of payment services, is not a commercial loan (Art. 823 of the Civil Code), legal interest is not used in a given period in accordance with Art. 317.1 of the Civil Code.
