We invite you to take part in the market analysis and qualification selection of suppliers for the provision of cleaning services in the Avito office with an estimated area of 4335.75 m2 at the address St. Petersburg, Malookhtinsky Ave., 64, litera V.
As part of the bid, you must provide:
- a completed questionnaire form in Excel format:
the cost of services at this stage is requested for a preliminary budget assessment in accordance with the Requirements Specification in two versions of the staff work schedule. A visit to the facility is not required at this stage.
- company presentation
- a package of documents in scanned form, requested in the form of a questionnaire
Based on the results of the prequalification selection, a short list of suppliers will be identified for the invitation to tender procedure in order to conclude a contract for 12 months with the possibility of prolongation.
It is possible to visit the facility at the tender stage
This request is not an invitation to conclude an agreement (offer), is not a competitive bidding process, tender or public tender within the meaning of Articles 447-449, 1057-1061 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
Avito (KEH Ecommerce LLC) reserves the right not to choose a winner under this procedure and not to accept any of the proposals received.
