Two-stage purchase procedure
The procedure is held in two stages. At Stage 1 the bidders need to upload the file with the proposal based on requirements specified in the documentation for prequalification of bidders. On the basis of received proposals the organizer makes decision on allowing to the bidders access to the next stage (Stage 2).

Payment terms:Recommended terms of payment: deferral of payment for 90 (ninety) calendar days from the date of signing by the customer of the Certificate of acceptance of the services rendered. Other payment terms are optionally considered.
Delivery terms:The contract is valid for at least 24 calendar months.

Comments:
Both proposals for servicing two customer enterprises and proposals for servicing each or any enterprise separately are accepted for consideration. The proposal must be made according to the principles of the Open Book, i.e. with maximum detailing of the structure of the formation of the cost of services and consumables.

Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
Уточнены площади убираемой территории на площадке в Арамиле, изменения внесены в файл А3 Перечень помещений и программа уборки:Основное производство – 16508 м2 (за вычетом площади, занятой оборудованием и не подлежащей уборке)
АБК + КПП - 2178 м2
Газоны и насаждения – 5800 м2 – покосы травы и рубка кустарников летом
Асфальтированная территория – 16 159 (уборка снега зимой на всей этой площади), в т.ч. пешеходные зоны – 900 м2 тротуаров к обработке антигололедными реагентами
Площадь покатой кровли зданий – 510 м2 (уборка снега с покатой крыши)
1600 погонных метров выступающих частей кровли - ликвидация сосулек зимой
Бордюрный камень 528 м + блоки 43 м (побелка весной 1 раз в год)
