Comments: 1. It is necessary to attach all the required documents (at stage 1, completed Appendices 2-6, the certificate of the organization, at stage 2, completed Appendix 1 and fill in the tabular part of the E-Marketplace).
2. The proposal must strictly correspond to the data indicated on the electronic platform. If the data in the attached Technical and Commercial Proposal and the completed electronic form on the site do not match, the electronic form takes precedence. In case of non-compliance with the above requirements, the Technical and Commercial Proposal will be rejected.
3. Ural Steel JSC uses electronic document management (EDI) with its partners and customers in the system of Diadocs (http://www.diadoc.ru ) SKB Kontur company. Please note that, all other things being equal, preference may be given to a supplier using electronic document management systems.
