2. Предложения не будут приниматься без подгруженной документации: коммерческого приложения, в котором необходимо отразить предложение с разбивкой логистического маршрута с этапами перегрузки товара в привязке за 1 тонну, а также калькуляционного расчёта
3. Данная процедура запроса предложения не является конкурсом и ее проведение не регулируется статьями 447-449 ч.1 ГК РФ;
5. Данная процедура также не является публичным конкурсом и не регулируется статьями 1057-1061 ч.2 ГК РФ;
Таким образом, данная процедура запроса предложения не накладывает на Заказчика соответствующего объема гражданско-правовых обязательств
