To participate in this trading procedure, applicants need to VISIT THE OBJECT AND CARRY OUT A TEST CLEANING OF 1M2
provide:
1. Commercial offer (template attached to bidding).
2. Persons carrying out washing - qualification of industrial climber, certificate for work at heights (group 2); immediate supervisor - certificate for work at heights (group 2), work manager - certificate for work at heights 3 group. When using mechanization equipment to lift people to a height, the manager must have a valid certification protocol in Rostekhnadzor in the area of B.9.32.
3. Reference sheet (template attached to bidding).
4. It is necessary to submit information to informresurs.charter-apk. Rf on consent to disclose tax secrets (Administration of the site Information resource with information about tax "gaps", Phone: 8 (925) 835-74-39)
5. Participation in the tender means the consent of the participants to sign as annexes to the contract without amending:
- tax clause (attached to bidding);
- Consent to disclose trade secrets (attached to bidding);
- sanction clause (attached to bidding).
The contract template will be used by the winning counterparty, BUT with adjustments by Tambov Bacon LLC
6. To conclude the contract, the participant must ensure the provision of a full package of statutory documents in accordance with Appendix No. 1 to this tender.
If there is no full package of documents, your application will not be considered.
