Payment terms:
95% of the value of the goods shall be paid within 30 calendar days from the date of receipt by the buyer of the goods to the warehouse.
Final payment the buyer makes the supplier within 30 (thirty) calendar days after the signing by the authorized representatives of the Parties Act performed by the erection, commissioning and instruction.

Allowed early delivery of goods, performance of Chief-installation, COMMISSIONING and instruction.
