Comments:
The calculation of the estimated documentation should be carried out according to the Methodology for determining the estimated cost by order of the Ministry of Construction of the Russian Federation No. 421/pr dated 04.08.2020, in TER (2014 edition), taking into account the index of changes in the estimated cost for repair and construction work according to the protocol of the Pricing Commission in the construction of the Sverdlovsk region, taking into account the decreasing coefficient of 0.92 (adopted by JSC "KUZOCM"). Overhead costs should be taken into account by Order No. 812/pr of 12/21/2020. (as amended by 636), estimated profit by order 774/pr of 11.12.2020, but not more than 50% of the FOT (accepted by JSC "KUZOCM"). To provide invoices or commercial offers of suppliers for materials and equipment at the current price level. The disposal of construction debris obtained from disassembly and dismantling should be taken into account according to the tariffs of JSC "Gorvneshblagostroystvo", transportation to the landfill at a distance of 10 km.
The costs of travel expenses of the contractor's workers, the costs of work in winter (winter appreciation), temporary buildings and structures are not taken into account in the calculations, are made at the expense of the Contractor.
