Ranking of bids

Dear contractor,

The Pirelli Russia company represented by PK Kirov Tire LLC offers to take part in the selection of a counterparty.

• Procedure conditions:

Counterparties participate in the procedure and submit their proposals within one stage, in real time, strictly within the time allotted under the relevant procedure.

The second stage of the procedure is possible in exceptional cases, without prior notification in the description of the procedure.
Counterparties should rely on notifications coming to their email address.

1. For the terms and conditions for the provision of services (performance of work), see the attached TK. Terms can be changed by agreement with the Customer.
Price:

The cost of work must be indicated excluding VAT. You must attach a commercial offer on the official letterhead of the organization with the signature and seal of an authorized person to the final price application. OOO PK Kirov Tair should be informed about the involvement of subcontractors. This can be done by sending a letter on the official letterhead of the company listing the names and TIN of subcontractors, or this information can be indicated directly in the commercial proposal.
2. Correspondence is carried out with the contact persons indicated in the notification.
3. Corporate Responsibility Questionnaires:

You must complete and sign two documents in this procedure. If they are absent, they can be found in the organization profile of PK Kirov Tair LLC. We would like to draw your attention to the fact that commercial offers without properly completed questionnaires will not be considered.
Please note that preference when choosing counterparties is given to companies that offer the most favorable commercial conditions, including: price of goods, terms of payment, speed of delivery of goods or performance of work (provision of services). The provision of a commercial offer implies familiarization and agreement with the Documents posted in the profile of PC Kirov Tair LLC (https://www.b2b-center.ru/firms/ooo-pk-kirov-tair/378625/):
1. Appendix "Requirements for contractors performing work on the territory of LLC" PK Kirov Tire ".
2. Pirelli's policies: Sustainable Development Policy and Anti-Corruption Policy.
3. Standard form of the contract;
Pirelli reserves the right not to consider commercial offers that do not meet the above requirements.
