в соответствии с Планом-графиком финансирования работ по объекту, согласованному Сторонами.
Форма оплаты:
- 50% от стоимости выполненных работ - денежными средствами с отсрочкой платежа 45 календарных дней,
- 50% от стоимости выполненных работ - денежными средствами с отсрочкой платежа 90 календарных дней, или векселями со сроком гашения не ранее 90 дней с даты эмиссии (по согласованию сторон), с момента подписания обеими сторонами акта сдачи-приемки выполненных работ."
