Settlements under the Agreement are made by the Customer by transferring funds to the account of the Contractor / Contractor on the first working Tuesday or Thursday (whichever comes first) after 30-60 calendar days from the date of signing by both parties of the Act of work performed, services rendered ( Form No. Н-А4), subject to the timely submission of an invoice (or UPD).
The payment term under the contract is determined by the participant independently from the specified range and is set in the contract concluded with him (the preferred payment term is 60 calendar days).
The decision on choosing the winner will be made on the most favorable terms for PJSC TATNEFT using a financial calculator (Appendix No. 3a)
Delivery terms:From the date of conclusion of the contract (but no later than 01/01/2021 *) to 12/31/2023.

* If it is not possible to start work within the specified time (organization of additional production bases, storage facilities in the region where services are provided, purchase / manufacturing of auxiliary equipment, etc.), it is necessary to provide an action plan for the provision of production capacities. This detailed action plan (broken down by stages and in calendar days) will go through the approval process at PJSC TATNEFT for the possibility of providing services within the time period specified by your company. In the absence of experience in performing similar types of work, it is necessary to carry out a set of test works of the newly manufactured OLKS and accompanying service at the wells of PJSC TATNEFT. In the case of positive indicators based on the results of ODA, the possible further provision of services according to the declared volume by lot.

* in case of early signing of the protocol of the procurement decision by the decision of the Customer, it is possible to conclude an agreement earlier than the deadline
