Mandatory conditions: - Availability of permits for the relevant types of work. - The personnel of the contractor organization must have appropriate certifications for the types of work. - Availability of the necessary material and technical base to perform the entire complex of works. - The scope and composition of the work is determined by the terms of reference (attached). - The deadline for the work is determined by the agreed schedule. - Warranty obligations for the work performed for 5 years, for the equipment - in accordance with the instructions of the equipment manufacturers. - Comply with the regulations on the procedure for ensuring the safe performance of contract work on the territory of JSC "KUZOCM" - Before the start of work, the Contractor develops and coordinates with the Customer a project for the organization of work (POR) in the form of JSC "KUZOCM" and a calendar schedule for the performance of work.
