Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:The Buyer undertakes to pay the Supplier money in the amount of 100% (one hundred) of the value of the consignment in the period not later than 15 (fifteen) working days upon delivery of the entire shipment of the TMC.
Delivery terms:1. Prices indicate on the conditions of self-export In the cost of the products lay the manufacture of the slatting (is a prerequisite).

2. Specify the product readiness period for shipment and the shipping address.

3. Specify the manufacturer of products. Specify the relation to the product. If a dealer or distributor, attach documents confirming the status.

4. Attach the Declaration of Conformation/Certificate on the proposed products. When delivered in the package with the cargo must be a passport and an RE.

5. Specify the dimensions of each unit of production and the total on request (mass, volume).

6. Products must be new, not used. Products must comply with the technical specification;

7. Upon shipment, a packing sheet shall be attached to each cargo place according to the form established by the Buyer. Before shipping, you must send a photo of each cargo place.

8. Warranty for goods and materials shall be effective at least from the date of receipt of goods and materials in Magadan port. The best option is from the date of receipt of the TMC by the customer or from the moment of commissioning of the TMC (one of the proposed options is mandatory). Specify.

Criteria for choosing the winner:

1. Lowest transaction value taking into account price on delivery terms
2. Product readiness period for shipment.
3. Reconciliation of the proposed products by the Customer/Compliance of technical parameters to the TK conditions.
4. Attitude of the participant to the products (manufacturer, dealer, free seller).
5. Providing a complete package of documents specified in the conditions to the procedure.
