1. Applications are accepted on the form of commercial proposal to the purchase documentation, with obligatory filling of all count

2. The application of certificates and documents confirming the attitude to the products (dealer, free seller, etc.) are mandatory.

3. Coordination of the form of the framework contract annexed to the procurement documentation, without disagreement is obligatory.

4. Please note that this request is not a notice of the competition (public tender) or a public offer and is not regulated by art. 447 – 449, 1 of the Russian Civil Code, art. 1057 – 1061, 2 of the Russian Civil Code. Thus, this procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil and legal obligations on the Organizer, and the Organizer reserves the right to refuse all the proposals received for any reason, or to terminate the selection procedure at any time, incurring no liability before the participants.
