Comments: Resources LLC Albazino asks you to consider the possibility of providing services for the installation, maintenance and repair of starting preheaters and car alarms. It is anticipated the conclusion of the framework agreement and the implementation of the requests of the customer.
Place of provision of services:
Executive area (the city of Khabarovsk, Komsomolsk-on-Amur, Khabarovsk Krai Amursk), in exceptional cases-the territory of the customer at the address: Khabarovsk Krai, amursk, w. Mechanical engineering, 2.
Duration of the contract: from 01.07.2018 to 31.12.2018 with prolongation for the next year.
Scope of work: in the year 2018 is scheduled to install countdown heaters and car alarms on three vehicles: Mitsubishi Pajero Sport, the year 2018 and two Mitsubishi L200 2.4, the year 2017. Required equipment includes:
- Liquid heater Thermo Top Evo Comfort + 5 kW (diesel, 12v, without authority);
- Timer Multi Control;
- Car alarm Star Line A-93.
Also during the period of validity of the contract maintenance is assumed to be already installed equipment at 20 official cars.
Detailed conditions and requirements specified in the technical specifications.

- the filled questionnaire of the counterparty (annex No. 3);
- calculation of cost (estimate/costing) to install heaters and sets alarms on three cars;
- services price list hardware maintenance and repair, price list for equipment/spare parts for equipment;
- scanned copies of certificates (licenses) for production work;
- perform similar work from other Clients (reference list).
The procedure for requesting proposals is not a competition and it is not governed by articles 447-449 h. 1 CC of the RF;
This procedure is also not a public auction and is not subject to Articles 1057-1061, Part II, of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
Thus, this RFP procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil and legal obligations on the Customer.
