Ranking of bids
In the course of bidding, a price-based rank (position) shall be assigned to a quotation.

Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

This request for proposals procedure is not a tender, and its conduct is not regulated by articles 447-449 of part one of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. This request for proposals procedure is also not a public tender and is not regulated by Articles 1057-1061 of Part Two of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this price request procedure does not impose on the Customer the corresponding amount of civil legal obligations.
The cost on the electronic platform must be added without VAT.
The procedure will necessarily be re-bargaining.
