Payment terms:
The Buyer shall pay for the supplied products by money transfer to the Supplier's settlement account as follows: 100% of the cost of goods - within 60 (sixty) calendar days from the date of acceptance of the entire consignment of goods from the Carrier in the Buyer's warehouse.
Delivery terms:
Delivery time 30 calendar days from the date of signing of the specification. The Supplier delivers the goods at his own expense and on his own to the Buyer's warehouse. Products from manufacturers 'factories, manufacturers' representatives, official dealers and distributors are accepted for delivery. The presence of a quality passport or other document certifying the quality of the goods upon receipt at the warehouse is required. The delivered goods must be new and not restored. When the goods are shipped, the Buyer's mandatory notification with the provision of copies: tax invoices, TORG-12 consignment note and the documents confirming sending of goods via the Carrier. The supplier accepts the terms of the Standard Contract of the UK.
Comments: The condition for participation in the request for proposals and the conclusion of a supply contract is the status of the manufacturer, or of existing dealerships with the manufacturing plants. The status of the supplier must be immediately confirmed after the end of the procedure with the provision of the necessary electronic documents.
1. The conclusion of the contract only in the standard edition of PJSC "South Kuzbass" "without a protocol of disagreement (SEE THE INVESTMENT).
2. Mandatory attachment to the system of a certificate of conformity, permission to use, a dealer certificate, a commercial offer, indicating the delivery time and payment terms, reference list!
3. Year of release of goods no earlier than 2017!
4. The quantity of goods may be changed in case of change of applications.
5. This procedure of request for proposals is not a tender, it is not subject to Articles 447-449, Section 1, Civil Code of the Russian Federation; this procedure is not a public tender, it is not subject to Articles 1057-1061, Section 2, Civil Code of the Russian Federation; Thus, this procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil and legal obligations on the Organizer, and the Organizer reserves the right to refuse all the proposals received for any reason, or to terminate the selection procedure at any time, incurring no liability before the participants.
6. After the rebidding procedure, proposals for an additional change in the price offer are not accepted for consideration.
