Ranking of bids

Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.
In calls for bids with bids ranking, bid submission deadline will automatically be extended in the same manner if the rank of a bidder changes.

Applications submitted to the B2B-Center ETP will not be taken into account if they:

ü without a signed commercial offer, filled out according to the proposed commercial form (if available in the appendix to the TP) in PDF format in one file;
ü the data of the commercial offer will differ from the data entered on the B2B-Center ETP.
