Ranking of bids

Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.
In calls for bids with bids ranking, bid submission deadline will automatically be extended in the same manner if the rank of a bidder changes.

Within the framework of this TZP, PNTZ JSC sets the tariff for transportation and provides companies with the opportunity to conclude a feasibility study agreement

Applications submitted to E-B2B-Center will not be taken into account if they:
ü without embedding a full package of documents in accordance with the rules for uploading files (see procurement documentation);
ü without a signed commercial proposal filled out in the proposed commercial form (if available in the annex to the TP) in PDF format in one file;
ü the data of the commercial offer will differ from the data entered on the electronic B2B-Center.
