An application for participation in the trading procedure on the e-marketplace of the B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru) must be submitted with an indication of the rate in rubles, while, without fail, attach a commercial offer indicating the rate for the flight in the form of Appendix 1.
The commercial proposal form is given in Appendix 1 to this commercial request. Applications submitted on the e-marketplace of the B2B-Center group without a commercial proposal completed in the form (Appendix 1) will not be taken into account.
If the participants have any questions (including on the use of electronic signature), they can contact the support service by the phone numbers indicated on the electronic trading platform, extension numbers 7610, 7321, as well as simply by calling the hotline or leaving a message via feedback at the "Help" tab.
