Ranking of bids

Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.
In calls for bids with bids ranking, bid submission deadline will automatically be extended in the same manner if the rank of a bidder changes.

Payment terms:Payment PREFERREDLY within 60 - 90 calendar days from the date of signing the certificate of completion, with an advance payment it is necessary to provide a bank guarantee (list of banks in Appendix 5).

Acceptance of works is carried out on a monthly basis upon the fact of work performed for a month. The Contractor, no later than the 23rd of the reporting month (i.e. before the signing of the acts of work performed), submits to the Customer for verification and signing, acts in the form of KS-6a (2 days before KS-2, i.e. maximum before 23rd of the month). The Contractor, no later than the 25th day of the reporting month, submits for consideration to the Customer for verification and signing the Acceptance Certificates for the work performed (forms KS-2), no later than 3 (three) working days before the end of the reporting month, Certificate of the cost of work performed (form KS-3) and costs and invoice of the sample established in the Russian Federation.

2. The minimum quality guarantee period is 3 years.
3. Be sure to visit the Customer's site and inspect the subject of work / services before submitting an application for participation in the procurement (if necessary / possible).
4. Waste is generated in the process of work. Waste hazard class - IV. Waste disposal at the expense of the contractor.
5. All materials, equipment, tools and machinery used by the Contractor for the performance of work must have appropriate certificates, technical passports and other documents certifying their quality, as well as comply with the estimated calculations.
6. Replacement of materials is not allowed - emergency work under the item of emergency response.
7. It is imperative to provide for the shelter of equipment, as well as elements of the building and equipment in the work area. Provide a heat loop
8. The contractor undertakes, on the basis of the orders agreed by the parties, to perform construction and installation work (CMP), including the provision of CMP materials at the facility, using materials in the volumes specified in the orders.
9. Maintaining a general work log. Dismantling work is allowed to begin with written permission (in the general work log) from the curator of the object.
10. The contractor bears full financial responsibility in the event that precipitation is allowed to enter the facility where the repair work is being carried out.
11. Signing of the standard form of the contract (Appendix No. 6);
12. Compliance with measures to prevent the spread of coronavirus infection:
- Work must be carried out by employees who are not in the "risk zone" (up to 60 years old),
- Employees working on the territory of PJSC "ChTPZ" must be citizens of the Russian Federation, residents of the Chelyabinsk region, or go through a two-week quarantine after arriving in the Chelyabinsk region from another region before starting work with the provision of supporting documents (travel tickets, housing lease agreements, etc.). ), or present a document confirming the passage of a coronavirus test no older than three days.
- All employees of the contractor must be provided with PPE, respirator masks, undergo daily body temperature control (thermal imagers are installed at the checkpoint), and also disinfect their hands with an antiseptic located at the checkpoint at each entrance to the territory of the enterprise;
- observe the mask regime throughout the territory of enterprises (work, walking, by car);
- keep a "social" distance of 1.5 m. when moving around the territory of enterprises.
13. Signing of the DS to the contract on the provision of PPE (Appendix 7).
14. Penalties for non-fulfillment of obligations under the agreement 1% for each day of delay.

Требования к поставщику:Работы должны выполняться организацией, имеющей:
1. Членство в СРО с допуском к работам на Опасных производственных объектах (ОПО).
2. Соответствующую материально-техническую базу:
2.1 Оборудование для выполнения монтажных (демонтажных) работ.
3. Квалифицированный персонал:
3.1. Специалисты, аттестованные:
- по ПБ (протоколы Ростехнадзора - А.1, Б.9.31, Б3.9);
- по ОТ, ПТМ (протоколы учебного центра);
- по охране труда при работе на высоте для 1, 2, 3 групп (протоколы учебного центра);
- удостоверения кровельщиков.
4. Наличие специалиста по строительному контролю
5. Опыт проведения подобных работ
Требования к материалам:Замена материалов не допускается – аварийные работы по статье ликвидации ЧС.

При возможности замены материалов, указанных в ТТР, на аналогичные без снижения качественных характеристик и понижения цены, необходимо перечень данных материалов согласовать с Заказчиком до подачи коммерческого предложения с учетом их стоимости.
Требования к документации:Заявку для участия на ТП B2В-Center необходимо подать в виде комплекта документов.
Заявки, поданные на торговой площадке без пакета документации рассматриваться не будут.
Состав документов в заявке:
1. Коммерческое предложение (по форме Приложения 2).
2. Анкета (по форме Приложения 3).
3. Инструмент и оборудование, необходимые для выполнения комплекса работ (Приложение 3).
4. Опыт проведения подобных работ (Приложения 3)
5. Квалифицированный персонал (Приложение 3)
6. Выписка из реестра членов СРО с допуском к работам на Опасных Производственных объектах (ОПО)
7. Лицензию на утилизацию отходов I-IV класса опасности либо копия договора Подрядчика с организацией, обладающей такой лицензией
8. Лицензия на перевозку отходов I-IV класса опасности либо копия договора Подрядчика с транспортной компанией, имеющей лицензию на перевозку отходов I-IV класса опасности.
