Payment terms:
The amount of the target advance from the cost of works /services agreed in the supplementary agreement is determined by the Bidder independently (with the amount of the target advance of 10 million rubles. excluding VAT and more, a prerequisite is the provision by the counterparty of a bank guarantee for the refund of the advance payment). Settlements under the Contract are made by the Customer by transferring funds to the Contractor's current account / Contractor on the first working Tuesday or Thursday (whichever comes first) after 60 calendar days from the date of signing by both parties of the UPD, subject to timely submission of an invoice for an advance payment. To reduce the deferred payment to 30 calendar days, you must specify the discount rate by a factor of %. В связи с участившимися случаями необоснованного отказа от поданного коммерческого предложения / от заключения договора, принято решение об изменении правил включения Участников закупочных процедур в стоп-лист ПАО «Татнефть». В случае первого необоснованного отказа – включение в стоп-лист сроком на 6 месяцев, в случае повторного отказа – на постоянной основе
Отсутствия справки ФНС!:
В случае отсутствия справки ФНС по форме КНД 1120101, данный документ возможно предоставить в течение 3-х рабочих дней после завершения процедуры.
В тендерных процедурах, где организатором является ПАО «Татнефть» (Центр закупок) продление сроков запроса ценовых предложений НЕ предусмотрено! В связи с чем, необходимо заблаговременно подать свое предложение.
Лот будет разыгран без проведения редукциона и переторжек. Выбор победителя будет осуществляться на основании единственного предложения.
Извещение о результатах процедуры будет доступно во вкладке «Файлы, загруженные организатором» после подведения итогов.
