The request for proposals is not a competitive bidding process (tender, auction) in accordance with Articles 447-449 or a public tender in accordance with Articles 1057-1061 of Part two of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation and does not impose obligations on the Organizer and/or the Customer established by these articles of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.

According to the results of the competition, the winner must submit certified copies of the documents in accordance with the attached "List of documents" before concluding the purchase and sale agreement.
