Payment terms:Payment upon completion of the work is desirable. Provide for the possibility of starting work on the letter of guarantee.
Delivery terms:The procedure for providing work with materials on the part of the Customer is set out in Annex 3 to the TOR. The materials supplied by the Contractor's party are listed in Annex 1 to the TOR-RDC.
Georeferencing:Sverdlovsk region, Krasnoturyinsky city district, Karpinsky Forestry Vorontsovskoe Forestry 36 block, construction site of Krasnoturyinsk-PM (coordinates: N59*38'32.77", E60*18'17.17")
Comments:
1. We ask you to consider the possibility of providing services and, in case of a positive decision, provide the following information:
- The offer card, filled out on the form in word format (mandatory requirement);
- RDC (Annex 1)
- List of documents (in the attachment of the procurement documentation);
2. More detailed information about the request is provided in the terms of reference and the annex to the TOR.
3. This procedure for requesting proposals is not a competition and its conduct is not regulated by Articles 447-449 Part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation;
4. This procedure is also not a public tender and is not regulated by Articles 1057-1061 Part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation;
Thus, this request for quotation procedure does not impose an appropriate amount of civil obligations on the Customer.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
