Payment terms:The products are paid in a cashless manner by transferring cash to the Supplier's checking account. The currency of payment is the Russian ruble. Preferred payment terms: Buyer makes payments for the product (batch) no later than 40 calendar days from the date of delivery based on the receipt results, Provided the Provider provides original documents confirming the quality of the products (batch), invoices and invoices consistent with the receipt results made in as required by law.

Please note that your business offer (offer) must necessarily contain the following material conditions:

Please note that this request is not a notification of a competition or a public offer and is not regulated by Article 447-449 Part 1 of the Russian Civil Code, Article 1057-1061 ts.2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, the procedure does not impose an appropriate amount of civil obligations on the Organizer and reserves the right to refuse the offers received for any reason or discontinue the selection process at any time without incurring any responsibility to the Participants.
