Comments:
The request for proposals is not a kind of competitive bidding process and is not regulated by Articles 447-449 of Part One of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. The Bid Notice is an invitation to suppliers to make offers to the organizer of the request for proposals.
The bid for participation is an offer of a potential Bidder of the request for proposals. At the same time, the organizer of the request for proposals has no obligation to conclude an agreement based on its results.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
Обязательное условие:- Поставщик должен иметь лицензию на выполнение работ;
- Заказ выполняется в рамках 275-ФЗ, с казначейским сопровождением, согласно Постановлению Правительства РФ № 1552 от 30.12.2016 г.;
- Численность сотрудников не менее 200 человек;
- Опыт подобных работ (не менее 5 лет) с предоставлением референс-листа;
- Наличие спец. техники, с предоставлением перечня;
- Предоставление коммерческого предложения.
Отчетная документация:
- Технический отчет об оценке инженерно-геологических условий строительства фундаментов изделия (передается Заказчику в подлиннике, два экземпляра на бумажном носителе + один экземпляр на оптическом диске);
- Топогеодезический план позиции, совмещенный с проектом схемы размещения оборудования изделия (передается Заказчику в подлиннике, 4 экземпляра);
- Схема подводки электропитания (передается Заказчику в подлинниках, 4 экземпляра).
