Comments: The procedure is two-stage:
1. stage - prequalification, stage 2 - request for commercial offers (will take place outside the B2B site, by sending documentation by e-mail).
Participants are required to fill in the attached forms (Application for participation in the tender, qualification form (Forms of documents for qualification of Applicants with attachments in the form of LLC "Glavstroy-SPb" specialized developer"), attach a valid extract from the register of SRO members.
Participants’ proposals shall be sent in the form of e-document signed by digital signature. In addition, it is necessary to provide the original applicant's qualification form with attachments to the address: St. Petersburg, Leytenant Schmidt Embankment, 5/16, lit.A, room 29 to 10:00am "17" February 2020 ::
• in a scanned form on disk;
• in a stitched form (one document with consecutive numbering certified by the manager, stamped). The first sheet of the stitched document — List of documents (with indication of pages of location of documents)
Those participants who have been pre-qualified under this procedure will be invited to participate in the second stage of the procurement procedure. This pre-qualification does not constitute a notice of bidding and does not constitute a public offer, the Organizer shall not bear any obligation to the suppliers who participated in the in the request, including obligations to conclude any contracts with the persons who submitted their proposals.$
This pre-qualification selection is not a bidding or public competition within the meaning of Art. 447-449,1057-1061 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this RFP procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil and legal obligations on the Customer.
The Organizer has the right to refuse to carry out the procedure at any stage without incurring any liability to the Participants.
The Organizer reserves the right to extend and/or change the date of consideration of the proposals of the Participants and summing up the results of the pre-qualification selection.
