Payment terms:
Calculations are made monthly based on the amount of work performed as of the 25th day of the reporting month, based on documents confirming the acceptance of work for the reporting month, in the following order:
- 50% of the cost of construction and installation work and 50% of the cost of the Customer's delivery materials specified in the documents approved by the Customer in the form KS-2, KS-3 The Customer pays no later than 15 (fifteen) calendar days from the date of signing by the Customer forms KS-2, KS -3 for the paid month and the provision by the Contractor of an invoice, invoice, drawn up in accordance with the requirements of the legislation of the Russian Federation,
