Comments: The procedure is two-stage:
1. stage - prequalification, stage 2 - request for commercial proposals.
Participants are required to upload to the B2B Center ETP:
- Application for participation in the tender (form in the attachment),
- a qualification questionnaire with appendices in the form of OOO Glavstroi-SPb Specialized Developer (download from www.glavstroi-spb.ru/tenders)
- an up-to-date extract from the register of SRO members.
To obtain the ID number of the qualification questionnaire (required when filling out the Application for participation), you must upload it through the Glavstroy-SPb website
Instructions for filling out the questionnaire:
1. "Download the questionnaire and applications to it" on the page www.glavstroi-spb.ru/tenders
2. prepare applications for the questionnaire in pdf format and the questionnaire in excel format.
3. by pressing the button "Send a completed questionnaire with attachments" open a user form for filling (entering prepared files).
4. enter an e-mail address in the user form to receive the ID-number of the questionnaire.
Please note that the documents
1. must be drawn up strictly according to the established forms, filled in in full (including the "YES" marks in the questionnaire on sheets 5-7 "specialization", according to the directions of the company and subject to experience in performing these types of work),
2. signed by the head and certified by the seal of the organization.
The data uploaded by you is the basis for making a decision on the admission of the organization to the tender.
Participants' proposals are submitted in the form of an electronic document signed with an electronic digital signature.
Those participants who have passed the preliminary qualification selection according to this procedure will be invited to participate in the 2nd stage of the procurement procedure. This prequalification is not a notice of bidding and is not a public offer, the Organizer does not bear any obligations to the suppliers who took part in the request, including the obligation to conclude any contracts with the persons who sent their offers.
This prequalification is not a tender or a public tender within the meaning of Art. 447-449,1057-1061 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure does not impose an appropriate volume of civil obligations on the Organizer.
The organizer has the right to refuse to carry out the procedure at any stage, without incurring any financial responsibility to the Participants.
The organizer reserves the right to extend and (or) change the date of consideration of the proposals of the Participants and summing up the results of the preliminary qualification selection.
