The Subcontractor provides all the necessary manual and other tools, scaffolding, equipment, materials, labor, fixtures, etc. for the production of Works, unless otherwise is directly attributed to the obligations of the Contractor by the Contract.
The scope of work of the Subcontractor includes the necessary geodetic works, lighting in work areas, installation of scaffolding, protection of the work area and nearby structures from dirt, damage, frost, moisture, etc.
The warranty period for the work performed is 5 (five) years from the date of commissioning of the facility.
