1. The Charter (with all additions and changes, if any).
2. Certificate of state registration.
3. Certificate of tax registration.
4. Extract from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities.
5. The balance sheet as of the last reporting date with a mark of the tax authority on acceptance.
6. Documents confirming the representative's authority to sign documents:
- Decision (Protocol).
- Power of attorney.

10. Requirements for the contractor:
- Permits (SRO, licenses, permits).
- Development by the contractor of PPR, PPRK, RTI.
- The presence of certification of the head, ITR, workers on industrial safety at the OPO.
- Availability of medical access of personnel to work at the OPO.
