Certified customized technical documentation; 3. Reference list with similar equipment for the last 3 years; 4. Completed contract template 5. Form of agreement with the terms of the contract

заполнить анкету контрагента согласно своей организационно-правовой форме и в течение 5 (пяти) рабочих дней после получения уведомления о признании победителем /резервистом закупки, подать заявку на аккредитацию, предоставив все необходимые для этого документы. В случае непредоставления документов в указанный срок заявка на участие в текущей закупочной процедуре будет отклонена.
