Auto-extension
If within the last 10 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 10 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:
Payment procedure and terms:
- advance payment not more than 30% of the contract value;
- payment of 30% of the cost of the contract is made by the Customer within 60 calendar days from the date of notification of the Customer about the readiness of the equipment for shipment;
- the final calculation (40%) is made by the Customer within 60 calendar days from the moment of signing the acceptance certificate for operation, upon reaching the degree of cleaning specified in the TOR and eliminating all comments of the final commission
Providing a bank guarantee with an advance payment of 10,000,000 rubles.
The guarantee amount is 5% of the contract value, paid to the general contractor 1 year after the Act of acceptance of the work performed. This condition is included in the contract if the amount of the contract is equal to or exceeds RUB 10,000,000.
Delivery terms:
The term of work is no more than 365 calendar days, subject to round-the-clock operation of the facility, without interrupting operational activities.
The order and schedule of work must be agreed with the customer.

Comments: The warranty period for the work performed: for technological equipment according to the manufacturer's warranty, but not less than 1 year; for the completed construction and installation work for at least 2 years; on the body of a pressure flotation device for at least 5 years.
Requirements for spacecraft:
- SRO availability,
- experience in the implementation of at least 3 treatment facilities, including with flotation devices (provide a list of completed facilities),
- the presence of our own technologists and designers for wastewater treatment in the state
The technical and commercial proposal must contain:
1. Technological scheme with a list and brands of all technological equipment
2. The scheme of the installation of pressure flotation with the main parameters, consumption and type of reagents
3. Cost and terms of development of design and working documentation
4. Cost and delivery time of technological and auxiliary equipment
5. Cost and timing of installation work
6. Cost and timing of commissioning
7. Service program, list of spare parts and consumables and components for equipment maintenance and operation
8. The cost of maintenance within a year after commissioning, according to the regulations (option)
9. Operating costs:
- warranty period and equipment service life
- costs of purchasing reagents (types of reagents, average cost per unit volume of reagent, estimated consumption of reagents)
- consumed electricity by operating points (each piece of equipment), the number of hours per day of a piece of equipment
- number of man-hours for maintenance of treatment facilities
- amount of waste generated
- depreciation deductions (indicating the rate of depreciation deductions for structures and equipment)
- equipment maintenance costs (periodic replacement of wearing parts and equipment, performing routine maintenance)
- provide unit operating costs per m3 of wastewater

The procurement participant can repeatedly improve his price offer until the end of the submission of bids.
Only one legal entity can participate in the tender procedure from a group of affiliated (related) companies. Otherwise, it is considered as restriction of competition and is the basis for the withdrawal from the competition of all affiliated participants.
